About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator and lead to calculate total project costs, prepare competitive bids, and manage job progress. Salary may vary upon experience.
Must have experience in Construction/Handyman/Carpenter.
Must have experience in Construction/Handyman/Carpenter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track material price trends and adjust estimates to reflect changing market rates.
- Request and evaluate competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee job progress and keeping the crew busy.
- Working hands on with your crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- This is a full-time position for a responsible person.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in construction estimating or project management. 5+ years in Construction/Handyman/Carpenter
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for negotiating with contractors and vendors.
This is a rapidly growing company that needs experience in Hardwood Floors, Carpentry, and all aspects of Construction.
